Why a key from a channel stops working
A key is a string with the address of one server. Such keys are handed out in channels and chats to hundreds of people at once, and the server address is quickly cut off. After that the key stops working and a new one is needed.
A subscription is a link to the list of all servers of the service. INCY updates the list automatically: when a server is replaced, the new one appears in the app.

The essentials in brief
Where can I buy an official INCY key?
There is no such key. INCY is a free app, and its developer does not sell keys. A key is issued by a service that runs its own servers. Whoever sells an “official INCY key” has nothing to do with the developer of the app.
Where can I download INCY?
In the App Store, on Google Play and via the links on the official site incy.cc. The desktop versions are on the developer’s releases page on GitHub.
How do I renew the subscription?
In your account: the end date is shown there too. There are no recurring charges.
How many devices can I connect?
3 on Lite, 5 on Standard, 10 on Family. The devices are listed in your account: you can rename or remove them.
What if the key does not suit me?
You can get your money back within 30 days after payment. Write to support: we refund the amount for the days left until the end of the subscription.
