To connect INCY on a PC, download INCY for Windows, pay for the key and open your account in the browser on the same computer: the “Add Subscription” button opens INCY with an import window. Press “Import” — the subscription is added.

The INCY installer for Windows is on the developer’s releases page on GitHub. The button below downloads the latest version for x64 processors; the ARM64 build is on the same releases page.
The developer calls the desktop versions of INCY a pre-alpha: the app works, but it changes from version to version.
Choose a plan and enter your email — your account is created for it.
Open your account in the browser on the computer and press the button. The browser asks whether to open the app — allow it. INCY opens with an import window — press “Import”.
Choose a country in the INCY list and connect.
There is nothing to set up in INCY by hand: the server list comes with the subscription and updates automatically.
Refresh the subscription in INCY and choose another country. If everything works on a phone with the same subscription but not on the computer, the cause is the desktop version: it is a pre-alpha. The developer asks to report app failures at feedback.incy.cc. What else to check
For Linux the releases page has DEB and RPM packages for x64 and ARM64 and a package for Arch Linux. The buttons below are the x64 builds. The Linux version is a pre-alpha too.
