Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add the key to INCY again after renewal?
No. The subscription is the same, and INCY keeps working.
Where can I see until what date the subscription is valid?
In your account and on the subscription card in INCY.
Will the money be charged automatically?
No. The card is not linked, and the subscription is renewed only when you pay for it.
The subscription has ended — will the key disappear?
The key stops connecting but stays in INCY. After payment it works again.
