On the new phone, computer or TV.

Scan the QR code
Open the QR code in your account, choose scanning a QR code in INCY on the new device and confirm the import.

Check the list
The device appears in the list in your account.

Remove or rename a device
The device list is in your account. There you can also rename a device or remove it to free a slot for a new one.
The key is protected from forwarding
Our key is built into a subscription and encrypted: the server address cannot be extracted from it and handed out. Devices are connected only through your account, and strangers will not take your slots.

Can I share the subscription with a friend?
Yes, within your plan: connect their device with the QR code. Each device takes a slot in the limit.
I have run out of devices — what should I do?
Switch to a bigger plan in your account: you pay the difference for the remaining days.
How do I move the subscription to a new phone?
Remove the old phone in your account and connect the new one with the “Add Subscription” button or the QR code.
