Most often INCY is not working because of the key, not the app: the server of the key has stopped responding. Refresh the subscription in INCY and choose another country, and if the key came from a channel or a chat, you most likely need a new one.

What common errors mean
- A timeout on one server — the server did not respond to the check. Choose another server or another country.
- A timeout on every server — the problem is in the network: check the internet without INCY and switch from Wi-Fi to mobile internet or back.
- The server list is empty — the subscription did not load, the term has ended or the device limit is exceeded. The reason is written on the INCY home screen, in the announcement from the service.
- A TLS error in the logs — the secure connection to the server was not established. Turn on automatic date and time on the device, refresh the subscription and try another network.
- The internet is gone after disconnecting — the kill switch has triggered: INCY stops the traffic until the connection is restored. Connect again or turn the kill switch off in the INCY settings.
INCY is not working on a PC
The developer calls the versions of INCY for Windows, macOS and Linux a pre-alpha. If everything works on a phone with the same subscription but not on the computer, the cause is the app, not the key: the developer asks to report such failures at feedback.incy.cc. INCY for a Windows PC
Why keys from channels stop working
A free key or a key bought second-hand is one server used by hundreds of people. The server gets overloaded and quickly becomes unavailable, and there is no replacement.
Our key updates automatically
